The SSC Board of Directors monthly meeting in February is rescheduled due to President’s Day. It will take place on Wednesday, February 18 at 7:00pm in the Swarthmore Borough Hall Community Room.

The Annual Meeting of the Swarthmore Swim Club (SSC) will take place Monday, February 23rd at 7 pm in the Swarthmore Borough Hall Community Room. The Board of Directors hopes that members will be able to attend. The main function of the Annual Meeting is to elect the Board and Officers, as well as present the Annual Report on the state of the Club.

Members will vote for the Executive Officers at the Annual Meeting. The proposed slate of officers nominated by the Board for Feb 2026 – Jan 2027 is:

Board of Directors

During the February 23rd Annual Meeting, members will approve new Directors to begin terms this month. Two 3-year Board terms expire in February 2026 and there is a vacant 1-year term. The Board is pleased to put forward a slate of three nominees to fill these positions, of which two are incumbent and one is new. As a result, an election is not required and statements from new nominees are below. Members who are interested in joining the Board in the future or nominating a candidate are invited to email president@swarthmoreswimclub.org.
